Also VBoost, Derivative wagers, Bonus Bets and Novelty bets are not included in the 25 bets. - The standard rules contained in Wagering Rules, including deductions, apply to VBoost bets.
- Vicbet may in its absolute discretion, offer the VBoost feature to selected customers for selected products, markets, pricing or bet types. Vicbet reserves the right to change, suspend or remove the availability of the VBoost feature at any time.

- The maximum winnings using VBoost enhanced odds will be limited to $5,000 for thoroughbred races and $2,000 on greyhound and harness races. Where a wager is accepted above these limits in error, Vicbet reserves the right to resut the Vboost bet above these limis at the non boosted odds.

- If the VBoost feature is available for your bet selection, you will see the VBoost token on your Bet Slip. You will need to select the VBoost button and the boosted price will be displayed. If you wish to take the price hit submit.
- The use of the VBoost for a Vicbet client fits under the fair use policy
- Where the customer's total VBoost bets (either in terms of turnover or number of bets placed) exceeds the customer's total non boosted bets the the VBoost will no longer be available for that customer. For the purposes of calculating turnover or the number of bets on non-promotional events and markets, only bets placed at a dividend of $2.00 or higher will be taken into consideration.
- VBoost is intended for recreational punters. Professional gamblers and clients deemed by Vicbet to be abusing the spirit of VBoost will not be eligible to use it. Vicbet reserves the right to make VBoost unavailable to clients to be considered to be abusing VBoost or other promotions.
- Please note if you open an account and have a VBoost wager or a Bonus Bet and then request a withdraw it will be declined as the VBoost/Bonus wager does not count towards your rurnover. - Vicbet Promotions and Promotional Products
- Eligibility and Fair Use Policy
- Vicbet management reserves the right to, at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion, determine and/or revoke a Vicbet customer's eligibility to receive any Vicbet promotion or promotional product for any reason whatsoever. This includes (without limitation) where a customer is deemed by Vicbet (at its sole and absolute discretion) to:
- to be abusing a Vicbet promotion or promotional product by only having Promo wagers. If this occurs we will make you ineligible immediately and advice by Email, phone call or Live Chat.
- Attempting to have for example 25 or more $2 bets to qualify and then wanting $50 Promo Bets on the Run 2nd or 3rd VPromos. This is against the spirit of the Promo, we use a variance of about 10% in bet size.
- to be a non-recreational punter; or
- otherwise be in breach of any of the terms and conditions relating to promotions and/or promotional Products contained in the Vicbet Terms and Conditions.
- Owing to the increased prevalence of syndicates taking unfair advantage of wagering promotions, Vicbet customers will not be eligible to receive the benefit of promotions or promotional products until such time as Vicbet management has deemed (at its sole and absolute discretion) that the Vicbet customer's wagering activity is both genuinely recreational and legitimate (in the sense that the nominal Vicbet account holder is in fact solely responsible for the opening, funding, use, and control of their Vicbet customer account).
- Without limitation, the following shall constitute abuse of a Vicbet promotion or promotional products by a Vicbet customer:
- allowing a third party direct or indirect access to the Vicbet customer account.
- where the customer's total bets on promotional events or markets (either in terms of turnover or number of bets placed) equal or exceed the customer's total bets on non-promotional events or markets. For the purposes of calculating turnover or the number of bets on non-promotional events and markets, only bets placed at a dividend of $2.00 or higher will be taken into consideration.
- where, in the reasonable opinion of Vicbet, a customer is creating multiple customer accounts or otherwise colluding with multiple account holders in order to 'stockpile' promotions or acquire the benefit of more than their prescribed allotment of promotional products.
- Only one Vicbet customer per household is eligible for Vicbet promotions or promotional products during one specific event.
- Every Monday, Vicbet will assess the eligibility of all active Clients to be included in or excluded from the Promo offerings. If you are ineligible for the Vicbet Promo offerings at the commencement of the day, then you will not be included on that particular day.
- If an established Vicbet account is given a bonus with a deposit, for example a $500 deposit & 20% is added then $600 will need to be placed in bets before any withdrawal can take place. This $600 excluded wagers under $2 and the novelty bet types including H2H, Odds v Evens and Fav v Field.
- If Vicbet management suspects that a Vicbet customer is part of a syndicate or otherwise using their Vicbet customer account primarily to abuse Vicbet promotions or promotional products, Vicbet management may, prior to allowing any funds to be withdrawn by that customer, request evidence to support the fact that the relevant customer account was solely used and funded by the customer and that there was no interaction with a third-party at any time in connection with the opening and/or funding of the customer account or the placement of any relevant transactions.
- If there is no specific date given for when bonus bets expire from a specific promotion, the overarching ruling will be that bonus bets expire 30 days after they are redeemed.
- To the extent that circumstances arise for which no provision is made in these rules regarding Vicbet promotions and promotional products, Vicbet reserves the right to make a ruling to resolve said circumstances in its sole and absolute discretion, with said ruling being final and binding.
- Run2nd/3rd Bonus Promotion
- Run 2nd/3rd gives you the chance to get your stake (up to a specfied amount) returned in Bonus Bets if your eligible cash Fixed-Odds Win racing bet finishes in the selected positions specified for an applicable race.
- If the promotion is for Run2nd there must be a minimum of 7 runners.
- If the promotion is for Run2nd or 3rd there must be a minimum of 8 runners
- Vboost bets are not eligible.
- The Run2nd or Run2nd3rd promotion may be for tote win bets or either tote or fixed win bets but this will be specified in the promotion advertisment.
- You must be eligible for promotions to use this promotion
